By purchasing, accessing or using training provided by Health Literate Leadership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. TRAINING ACCESS
Â
Access to training modules and materials is provided from the date access credentials are issued and remains available for the period specified within the purchased package. Access automatically expires at the end of the purchased period unless otherwise agreed.

2. PAYMENT
Â
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Access to training materials will not be granted until payment has been successfully received and processed.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Â
All training content, materials, resources, videos, documents, branding and related content remain the intellectual property of Health Litare Leadership.
Â
Training materials must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, recorded, shared, resold, sublicensed, transferred or otherwise made available to any third party without prior written permission.

4. AUTHORISED USE
Â
Access is limited to the individual, organisation or users covered by the purchased licence. Login details must not be shared and unauthorised access is prohibited.
Â
Where unauthorised sharing or misuse is identified, access may be suspended or terminated without refund.

5. DISCLAIMER

The training is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is intended to support understanding of reasonable adjustments, common health conditions, workplace responsibilities and relevant legal principles.

The training is guidance only and does not constitute legal, medical, occupational health, HR or other professional advice.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

A customer may cancel within 7 calendar days of purchase and receive a full refund provided that access to the training has not been activated and no training content has been accessed, downloaded, viewed or completed.

Once access has been activated or any content accessed, no refund will be available except where required by law.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
